TDOC Projects was a consortium of programmers and others who specialised in developing, selling, and supporting software, and web sites etc.
The partners included:

- Catherine Gallacher - Training and Support
- Mark Jarvis (Scotland) - Configuration and Implementation, Web sites.
Over the years they have been involved in development projects of various shapes and sizes. The developed product which is still maintained but no longer sold is now freely available is:
- The TDOC System - a major CEMDC product for the construction and engineering industry.
Bespoke software based on this product was quickly produced, the mostnotable being for managing the Warm Homes scheme in Northern Ireland.
