About Quality Management Systems

Experience

Richard is a degree qualified Chartered Engineer, with a wide variety of experience in the construction engineering manufacturing software & electronics industries acquired whilst holding a range of positions. As a consequence, he can assist in defining quality systems to meet the most onerous of standards including: BS 5882 (Nuclear) and ISO 9001. From his power station days, he is also familiar with many international standards, including Canada's CS Z299.

Methodology for developing a Quality Management System

Introduction

Richard firmly believes that there is only one reason for introducing a Quality Management System into a company or organisation, and that is firstly to improve its performance, and secondly that this must be financially evident within a reasonable time.

Richard has developed a standard concept for a Quality Management System, which not only meets the requirements of the various standards, but also enables an organisation to operate and apply it in a simple and easy manner.
